Tupy reported on Thursday (27) that its board of directors approved the beginning of the transition process of the position of CEO, with the election of Rafael Lucchesi Ramacciotti to the function from May 1.
According to Tupy, the current CEO, Fernando Cestari de Rizzo, will remain in position until April 30, with the transition process being conducted together by the executives.
