The list published by the fourth quarter of 2024 involves 88 municipalities with 35 or more properties in the lease market.
Of these, 18 have medium costs exceeding 1,500 euros per month. Following Cascais, in the list of more expensive they are Soul (2,166 €/month), Faro (1,986 €/month) and Lisboa (1,907 €/month). None of them are from the most sought after municipalities.
Moita was the most sought after municipality for lease (median 1,100 €/month), followed by Barreiro, Amadora, Sintra and Loures. These are at the top-5. In the 10 most sought after are still Grândola, Odivelas, Vila Franca de Xira, Seixal and Santarém.
