João Kennedy Araújo de Lima, 40, was the victim of an attempted murder at dawn on Wednesday (27), at Rua Antônio Pessoa, in the Tancredo Neves neighborhood, in the upper part of Rio Branco.

According to information passed on by the victim herself, he walked on public roads when he came across a fight between two women. When trying to separate the confusion, João Kennedy was beaten with slaughter blows on his head and suffered a knife drilling on his left arm, which transfixed the member. After the aggression, the women fled the scene.
Popular triggered the Mobile Emergency Care Service (Samu), which sent a basic support ambulance to provide first aid. After medical evaluation, João Kennedy was sent to the Rio Branco Emergency Room with suspected head trauma.
Military police from the 3rd Battalion were at the scene to collect information and made ostentatious rounds in search of suspicions. The case will be investigated by the Civil Police.
