Cheesecake with raisins In this version you will prepare with a few simple and basic ingredients. Jenak, an element that will diversify the classic recipe, will be here condensed milk, which adds sweets and makes the dough even more creamy. Add two vanilla puddings to the mass, thanks to which it will have the right consistency. Such a cake is great not only on Easter tablebut also as a weekend treat for guests.
Before you start preparing the cheesecake, get the right form. Works well A cake tin with a diameter of 22 cm.
To make this cake, you will need:
- 1 kg of cottage cheese for cheesecake with a bucket,
- 1 can of sweetened condensed milk,
- 5 eggs,
- 2 vanilla puddings,
- 100 g of raisins,
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract,
- 1 teaspoon of lemon peel,
- A pinch of salt.
Pour the raisins with boiling water for 10 minutes, then strain and dry. Sprinkle them lightly with potato flour (this will prevent the bottom from falling).
In a large bowl, mix cottage cheese with condensed milk. Add yolks, powder pudding, vanilla extract and lemon zest. Mix briefly, only until a smooth consistency.
Beat the proteins with a pinch of salt to a stiff foam. Gently mix the whipped proteins into the cheese mass to keep it fluffy. Finally, mix the raisins into the cheese mass.
Put the mold with a diameter of about 22 centimeters with baking paper. Pour the cheese mass into the mold and level the surface. Bake at 150 ° C for about 1.5 hours.
After baking, turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake to cool with the door ajar.
