Before Easter and they come to them, the traditional question of what to do with a bunch of eggs, we can prepare an interesting variation on classic stuffed eggs as a training. We can promise you to write this recipe after trying.

It’s always time to change
Hardly eggs are a classic, but we often like to improve them with the addition of mustard and tartars – then more decorative and festive eggs are formed, which can boldly place it on the table at any celebration. Similarly, we will prepare today’s recipe, ie eggs stuffed with tuna.
Prepare everything
We will need six eggs, tuna can in our own juice, a little butter, a teaspoon of mustard and spices to taste. Also prepare something for decoration – it can be sliced radish, green onion, parsley, a piece of cherry tomatoes, peppers, just anything you have.
Just let the eggs cook
How to do it? It can’t even be easier. In the base we will actually prepare classic stuffed eggs. This means that in the first step we cook the eggs on hard, cool them and peel them carefully so that we do not break their shape under the shell if possible. As soon as they are all perfectly clean, we cut each of them (again very gently) to two halves. The egg yolks will now need to be removed and stored in a bowl.
Tuna is reporting a word
Right now it’s the right time for tuna. Pour the water out of it and let the meat drip in a colander so that the filling is not too liquid. Meanwhile, you can add prepared mustard and softened butter to the egg yolks. As soon as the water stops dripping from the fish, add tuna and spices to all raw materials (you can not do without salt and pepper, but you can add more at your discretion) and start connecting the mass. You can use a rod blender whisk, but a simple fork will also serve very well. Once you get a smooth mass, you can start filling egg whites, which have so far rested aside.
Return, decorate – and done
Whether you return the mixture to whites with just an ordinary spoon, or you will create decorative peaks using a decorative for cakes, it is just your decision. Both variants will have their charm, especially when you eventually decorate them with prepared vegetables.

There is nothing else to do but taste – but carefully, so that there is also something on the solemn board. After this egg goodness, it is certainly dusty. It is good because it is a food with a high content of healthy fats, proteins and vitamins, but at the same time it is also suitable for people who anxiously guard sugar intake. So: Good taste!
