This fish contains a lot group B vitaminsespecially B12 and minerals, i.e. Magnez, Fosfor, Selen. Its regular consumption supports the proper functioning of the body, positively affecting the metabolism, nervous system and skin condition.
Ingredients:
- 500 g of cod fillet;
- 2 tablespoons of flour to sprinkle;
- 2 teaspoons of dried dill;
- 2 tablespoons of oil and 1 tablespoon of frying butter;

- 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard;

- 200 ml cream 30%;

Preparation:

Stewed cod in a porous sauce is best served with potato puree or millet. It tastes great with cooked vegetables, i.e. broccoli, cauliflower or carrots.
