The governor of Sao Paulo, Tarcisio de Freitas (Republicans), announced the next auctions that should take place in the state in his speech after the dispute for the Alto Tietê lot on B3 on Friday, 28. In July, there will be the trading session of Paranapanema and in August, the auction of the immerso Santos-Guardian tunnel. The Republican also mentioned that the auction in the new São Paulo administrative center will take place this year.
The Paranapanema lot consists of the public-private highway concession currently operated by the São Paulo State Department of Roads (DER-SP), located in the southwest region of São Paulo, linking the municipalities of Itapetininga and Ourinhos. Already the immerso Santos-Guarujá tunnel consists of partnership with the federal government for works that connect the cities underwater.
In today’s auction, the Compart Group finished the concession of the 11-Coral lines, 12-Safira and 13-Jade of urban trains in the state of São Paulo this Friday. With an offering of 2.57% off, CCR (), the only competitor in the dispute. The percentage will be applied in the same way on three items related to the consideration that the State must pay to the concessionaire throughout the contract.

The project foresees R $ 14.3 billion in investments over 25 years of contract. The auctioned lines are already in operation, so the purpose of the concession is to promote improvements in the three lines currently managed by the Paulista Metropolitan Train Company (CPTM).
“When we launched the partnership and investment program, our goal was to hire 220 billion reais in investments. Today, we have passed 354 billion,” said the governor, who also mentioned that the project of his investment partnership secretariat is a reference in Europe. “With the investments hired today, we have already reached 84 billion in subway transport.”
