A perfect snack for a festive table. Extensive stuffed Easter eggs

Stuffed eggs It is a dish that always diversifies the Easter table. You can do it in many ways, with the addition of fried mushrooms with onions, ham, avocado or horseradish. To prepare this recipe, you will need:

  • 6 eggs,
  • 75 g of smoked salmon,
  • 25 g of Parmesan cheese,
  • 1 teaspoon of green pepper from the pickle (optional),
  • 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise,
  • 1 tablespoon of mustard,
  • Salt, freshly ground black pepper (to taste),
  • dill, parsley (for decoration).

Ready stuffed eggs will taste great with fresh bread.

Heat the eggs to room temperature, place in a saucepan and pour lukewarm water. Boil on a medium power burner. Cook for about 8 minutes from the moment the water starts to boil. Hard -boiled eggs pour water in winter. Carefully peel off the shells (so as not to damage the proteins), cut in half and remove the yolks. Place the proteins on a platter, and crush the yolks into a bowl and crush with a fork.

Cut the finely smoked salmon. Parmesan cheese on small grater mesh. Strain the pepper from the pickle (if you don’t have it at hand, you don’t have to add it, but it will get the taste of the stuffing well). Add all the ingredients to a bowl with yolks.

In a separate dish, combine mayonnaise and mustard. Transfer to a bowl and mix thoroughly with stuffing ingredients. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper.

Fill the protein halves with stuffing. Decorate the eggs with chopped greens.
