Wife tries to kill her husband and sister to knife blows after jealousy crisis in Rio Branco

Jailton Monteiro da Silva, 26, and his sister -in -law Maíra were victims of a knife -blowing attempted attempt during a family drunken on Saturday night (29), in a residence located at Rua Raimundo Farias, in the Montanhês neighborhood, in the upper part of Rio Branco.

According to the victim Jailton, who is the husband of the perpetrator, identified as Clara Cristina Franco de Lima, 22, the confusion began after a discussion motivated by jealousy.

He reported to the report that his wife, Clara Cristina, was drinking with Sister Maira since 13h. Jailton even took some beers with them, but stopped after the second can and took care of the couple’s daughter, about 1 year.

Early in the evening, Clara Cristina began to question her husband about why he stopped drinking, implying that he could be interested in some neighbor.

Then she became suspicious of an alleged case between Jailton and her own sister, Maíra. Taking by jealousy, Clara Cristina took a knife and attacked the two.

Maira suffered a deep cut on her shoulder near her right collarbone while Jailton was hit in the right thigh. To defend himself and protect the children who were at the scene, Jailton fought with his wife and managed to disarm her.

The Mobile Emergency Care Service (Samu) was triggered, and a basic support ambulance made first aid. Jailton only preferred to make a bandage on the spot and then went to the police station to record the incident against his wife.

Due to the injury and blood loss, Maíra had a drop in the level of consciousness. An advanced support ambulance was called in to stabilize it, and she was sent to the Rio Branco Emergency Room in a stable health.

Military police from the tactical and another garrison of the 3rd Battalion were at the scene, gathered information and located Clara Cristina still in the crime scene.

Given the facts, the aggressor was arrested and was sent to the Flagrant Police Station (Defla), where he was charged with the crime. The knife used in the attack was also seized.

The Civil Police, through the Epening Team (EPE), began investigations. The case is under the responsibility of the Homicide and Personnel Protection Police Station (DHPP).
