Arcádia, a Portuguese brand of Chocolataria and Pastry, announced the opening of a new space in Santa Maria da Feira, under the existing franchise with a local partner. Inaugurated on March 27, this new store presents an innovative concept: Arcádia Café, “a fusion between the brand’s tradition and an exclusive selection of pastry and cafeteria,” says in a statement.
At Arcádia Café, visitors will enjoy an ideal environment for a family snack or a meeting between friends.
The Arcádia pastry store stands out for specialties such as the candy of Portugal, the Pastel do Porto, the brigadeiros, the macarons, the craft ice cream and the increasingly sought after acai da Arcádia. These products assume special protagonism in this new store.
With this opening, Arcádia reinforces its presence in Santa Maria da Feira, in the district of Aveiro, where it has a store dedicated exclusively to chocolate since 2020. This is the second franchised store resulting from the partnership with Hugo Mendes, and fits the brand’s national growth strategy, consolidating its position as a reference in the pastry and cafeteria sector.
Francisco Bastos, general director of the Arcadia Group, states: “With Arcádia Café, we reinforce the focus on our Pastry and Artisanal Gerary and a Cafeteria service of excellence. This concept highlights the versatility of Arcadia, which today produces almost as much pastry as chocolate, always maintaining the quality standards that define us. Adapt us to new times and generations. ”
Also Hugo Mendes, franchising from Arcádia stores in Santa Maria da Feira, is enthusiastic about this new bet: “We are very excited to bring this innovative concept to Santa Maria da Feira. We believe that Arcádia Café will be a reference point in the city for those looking for quality products in a welcoming environment,” says Hugo Mendes.
