In several districts of Slovakia, Tuesday (1. 4.) can blow more significantly. This is pointed out by the Slovak Hydrometeorological Institute (SHMI) who issued a first -level warning. Informs about it on his website.
Alerts are valid for the whole Trenčín and almost the entire Košice region, several districts of the Trnava and Žilina regions and the districts of Brezno, Topoľčany and Poprad. According to meteorologists, the wind can reach in the western part in gusts speed 65 kilometers per hour (km/h), eastern 65 to 70 km/h, or on average 45 km/h.
“The estimated wind speed can cause minor damage,” SHMI points out. Alerts in the western part are paid from 8.00 to 20.00 in the eastern districts from Tuesday from 6.00 to Wednesday (April 2) to 20.00.
