Organization accuses the former minister to use the structure of the Ministry of Human Rights to defame an entity to support victims of harassment
The (Supreme Federal Court) determined that Silvio Almeida, former minister of, be notified in person so that he has the opportunity to make clarification on his statements regarding the organization of support for victims of sexual harassment.

The entity and its president, Marina Ganzarolli, filed against Almeida for defamation. The process is under the rapporteur of Minister Cármen Lúcia.
According to Me Too’s accusation, the former minister improperly used the public structure to promote attacks on the organization when the first allegations of sexual harassment against Almeida were made public.
At the time, the Ministry of Human Rights in which it said that the me would have tried to improperly interfere with a bid of the body.
Understand the case
In September 2024, after questions from the press, Me Too announced having received anonymous harassment and sexual harassment against Almeida.
