The South American Football Confederation (Conmebol) announced on Tuesday (1st) the adoption of new rules for the South American Cup and Copa Libertadores disputes.
The continental confederation will adopt the measures of the International Football Association Board (IFAB). The main change will be to try to prevent goalkeepers from taking time to replenish the ball at stake.
