  • 180 g of chocolate biscuits,

  • 300 g kataifi,
  • 180 g of pistachio cream,

  • 280 g cream 36%,
  • 150 g of dark chocolate,
  • 100 g of powdered sugar,
  • 100 g of pistachio cream.

On top:

  • 200 g of milk chocolate,
  • 100 g cream 30%.

Additionally:

  • crushed pistachios,
  • a bit of pistachio cream

Dissolve the chocolate for the cream and set aside.

Melt the butter and the biscuits crush into a small consistency. Combine to make a cookie bottom to Dubai cheesecake. Put a cake tin with a size of about 19 cm lined with baking paper. Put on the time of preparing creams for the fridge.

Prepare a Dubai cream. Heat rapeseed oil in a deep frying pan. Add katifi dough and fry until golden and crunchy. Stir from time to time. Set aside on a plate lined with a paper towel to drain fat residues. When katifi cools, mix them with pistachio cream. Set aside

Make another cream during this time. Whip the cream until it gets thick and stiff foam. Then add cream cheese and powdered sugar. Beat quickly. Add cooled chocolate and pistachio cream. Mix until the cream is smooth and creamy.

Pull the bottom out of the fridge. Spread the chocolate cream on it and Dubai cream on it. Pour the coating. As a decoration, use chopped pistachios and pistachio cream. Put the Dubai cheesecake in the fridge and serve when it is concentrated.
