Inflation in the euro zone slows down to 2.2% in March

The annualized inflation of the euro zone slowed to 2.2% in March, according to estimates released this 3rd (1st.br.2025) by . The fall was 0.1 percentage point compared to February, when it was 2.3%. The service sectors (3.4%), food, alcohol and tobacco (2.9%), non-energetic industrial goods (0.6%) and energy (-0.7%) pulled the fall. France (0.9%), Luxembourg (1.5%), and Ireland (1.8%) recorded the lowest annualized inflations so far. Slovakia (4.3%), Estonia (4.3%) and Croatia (4.3%), the largest.
