The Acre Socio -Educational Institute has commented on the prosecutor’s complaint to one of its employees. According to the institution, the notification would have been sent to them already during the early afternoon of Monday (31), and that the ISE should have a period of ten days to explain the case, which was not fulfilled by the prosecutor, according to a press release.

The socio -educational employee talked to the report of the ContilNetand explained that all appropriate actions are already being taken with the institution.
“The ISE published a note, saying that it was not aware. The ISE was notified around 13h yesterday. There is no irregularity, has to follow the procedure and analyze, but those who work with me know that I do not work irregularly, at any time.
The Socio -Educational Institute also said, in a statement, that it does not compact the actions mentioned in the prosecution and ensures that it will support the employee of the institution.
“ISE/AC emphasizes that it preserves the right to broad defense and the contradictory of the server involved, reiterating its commitment to the smoothness of public management and the promotion of socio -education in the state of Acre,” says the note.

The Socio -Educational Institute of the State of Acre – Ise/AC, through its presidency, informs that it took formal knowledge at 12:41 pm, on March 31, 2025, through notification of the Public Prosecutor of the State of Acre, about alleged irregularities attributed to the server Ivan Zuriel Lopes de Farah, in the exercise of his duties in this autarchy.
The Public Prosecution Service was granted the period of 10 (ten) days for manifestation as to the facts pointed out.
The presidency of the IS/AC profoundly regrets the exposure of the server in question before any prior investigation of the facts, noting that, unfortunately, there was a presumption of guilt without the proper establishment of formal investigative procedure, which contradicts the constitutional principles of due process, the presumption of innocence and the contradictory.
It is noteworthy that the presidency was unaware of any irregularity involving the mentioned servant and reinforces that it does not condone with conduct that contradicts the principles of legality, morality, impersonality and transparency, which govern the Public Administration.
As soon as it became aware of the facts through the news published in AC24h, the presidency determined the immediate establishment of an investigative procedure, according to Order No. 45/2025/ISE – Assjur, sent to the Institute’s Corregedoria, in the SEI process of no. 4025.0054495.00014/2025-71, so that the facts are cleared with speed, seriousness and rigor.
The Institute reaffirms its commitment to ethics, institutional integrity and respect for legal guarantees, making it available to the control and inspection bodies to collaborate with all the necessary measures to elucidate the facts*and, if applicable, to due liability.
Finally, the IS/AC emphasizes that it preserves the right to broad defense and the contradictory of the servant involved, reiterating its commitment to the fairness of public management and the promotion of socio -education in the state of Acre.
