On Saturday, March 29, Czech actor Jiří Havel († 83) died, who performed in dozens of films and series. His close friends informed about his departure, the daily says. Havel’s voice can be remembered from the popular American series Simpsons, where he lent it to Neda Flanders, But I also stand in the series M*A*S*H, Columbo or Walker, Texar Ranger.
A native of Prague was one of the theater bards. He graduated from the Faculty of Academy of Performing Arts (DAMU) alongside Ivy Janžurová (83), Marie Drakokoupilová (83), Miroslav Foot († 55), Růžena Merunková (85) or Václav Mareš († 68). The actor has been troubled by health in recent years and was hospitalized in Alzheimer’s center, where after a long illness he died.
