Bottom:
- 180 g of cereal biscuits,
- 90 g of butter.
Cheese mass:
- 500 g of cheesecake cottage cheese (from cream),
- 250 g Serka Mascarpone,
- 330 ml of cream (30%),
- 160 g of powdered sugar,
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract,
- 1 lemon,
- 30 g of gelatin,
- 60 ml of hot water.
Method of performance:
Put on baking paper on a tart with a diameter of 26 cm.
