A hearing with the ex -National Council of the Slovak Republic Ján Herak began on Wednesday at the Nitra District Court. It is held with the exclusion of the public.

Ján Herák has recently described his prosecution as unfounded and bullying against him. He stressed several times in his statements that he was innocent.
