Santander even asked for a court, and an investigation into the financial assets of the former president’s son to confiscate his assets. The request was made after several attempts to summon Jair Renan paying a debt that, until then, was $ 360,000.
In publicizing the list of assets declared to the Electoral Court to launch his candidacy for the position of councilman in Balneário Camboriú, Jair Renan’s assets totaled R $ 46,069.79.
In March last year, Jair Renan’s lawyer said in a statement to Poder360 that “Jair Renan is suffering the consequences after being a victim of a stupid of the police and the court”.
