Gilberto Nogueira de Oliveira, known as Tony, 40, claimed that he has been facing unforeseen events in the process of reconstitution of his own penis in recent weeks. Gilberto had his wife amputated in December 2023 after his wife discovered a betrayal with a 15 -year -old niece.

In an interview with Metrópoles, Tony said that a broadcaster, via a television program, was helping him with medical appointments that were part of the process of rebuilding the penis. According to him, the process “was all referred”, with preliminary examinations and consultations, but the project of the communication vehicle was discontinued and, thus, the medical procedure is paralyzed.

Also according to the man, in addition to the help in surgery, the same communication company had promised to contribute to marriage between man and woman, Daiane dos Santos Faria, trapped since the events. She was sentenced to 4 years and eight months in prison.

The bad news did not stop for Gilberto. In recent days, Daiane has failed the criminological examination, a procedure performed by a prison mental health professional to analyze whether the detainee is able to return to socializing in society.
In an interview with Metropolis, Gilberto said his wife was already expecting the failure, since the professional who analyzed her “was not with her face.” “She already realized that the questions the psychologist asked for her would somehow harm.”
How was the crime
- The crime happened in Atibaia, São Paulo, December 2023. After Daiane discovered her husband’s betrayal, she cut off his penis with a razor, threw the organ in the toilet and discharged – so that it was not possible to make the reimplier.
- Despite the crime, Gilberto said he forgiven Daiane.
- With his wife in prison, the couple resumed contact through letters and eventually resumed. The husband’s forgiveness was used by Daiane’s defense to request her provisional freedom, but the request was denied by the court.
