This pasta salad is a great proposition for a picnic, grill, party. It will be a filling and delicious addition that everyone will love. Ingredients:
- 350 g of a pig’s pasta or another, favorite,
- 3 large, mature tomatoes,
- 100 g of the preserve corn,
- red onion,
- 50 ml of olive oil,
- 2 tablespoons of wine vinegar,
- a handful of fresh basil leaves,
- a teaspoon of granulated garlic,
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt,
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper,
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano.
Method of performance:
Cut the tomatoes into medium -sized cubes and chop the onion finely.
Put tomatoes, onions, olive oil, vinegar, garlic, salt, pepper and oregano in a bowl. Mix everything and leave at room temperature for at least 30 minutes, until the vegetables release the juice. Mix from time to time.
Add the strained corn and mix again.
Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packaging. Strain and add it to a bowl with tomatoes. Mix slightly and leave to cool.
Chop the basil and sprinkle with pasta salad.
Serve the dish immediately or cool in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. Store in a tight container and use in one day. Longer aging will make the tomatoes fly too much juice and the whole will be unpleasant.
