The opposition leader at, Zucco (-RS), filed a request to the (Supreme Court) house arrest for arrested in the scammers of 8 January that fit in certain conditions, such as the elderly and parents of children.
The measure was announced in a week of concentrated effort by Jair Bolsonaro (PL) to maintain pressure under the president of the house, Hugo Motta (Republicans-PB), to guide the PL of amnesty.
The decision to maintain the obstruction of voting is maintained, although the vote on the bill is on the agenda of the day. Like the Sheet Showed, Motta is annoyed by the PL posture.
Obstruction consists of the use of regimental maneuvers to prevent or delay congress votes.
The document filed by Zucco in the Supreme Court cites the court decision last week, which granted the house arrest to, during the attack on the Praça of the Three Powers.
The request is that the benefit will be extended to both those who are still awaiting judgment or to those who have already been convicted and fit into one of the specified criteria: to be parents responsible for children up to 12 years old; elderly over 80; debilitated by serious diseases; pregnant women and who is essential for special care of people with disabilities or under six years of age.
In addition to announcing the request, the opposition leader also submitted a dossier with allegations of alleged irregularities involving the arrests, made by the Association of Family Family of Victims of 8 January. The document was delivered to Motta then.
The PL deputies complained that they could not have placed the relatives of the prisoners to speak to the press, by determination of the mayor.
“I would like to appeal to Hugo Motta, as an ally (…). We are being demeaned by another power, but never expected that, in the house of the people, who should have the most protagonism not to speak,” said the leader of the PL, (RJ).
The day before, Hugo Motta gave a speech in plenary with messages to the party because of obstruction and said that “no one owns the people, no one can speak for the people.”
The party decided to maintain the obstruction to the agenda, which on Tuesday led the commissions to suspend session. But the plenary approved a provisional measure that opened credit to government ministries ().
This Wednesday (2), however, was submitted the request for urgency to guide the PL of reciprocity to the tariff in the plenary. The text was signed by Deputy Junio Amaral (PL-MG).
