Vienna – The Constitutional Court (VfGH) has found that the right of a journalist has been violated for a reasonable procedure. He has been trying to obtain documents from the city council of the city of Vienna since 2016, and the associated procedure has been repeatedly conducted over several instances for over seven years. Due to a further case with reference to freedom of information, the VfGH checks the legal rules to inspect the register of economic owners.
