In 2024, the European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) declared 12 judgments on cases notified to the Government of the Slovak Republic. In 11 of them, he found a violation of the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms. Last year, the court ruled a total of 50 complaints. This stems from the report on the activities of the representative of the Slovak Republic before the ECtHR for 2024, which the government was aware of on Wednesday.
