Acre Military Police seizes 30 skunk roles in operation in Juruá

In another unfolding of Operation Sentinel of Juruá, the Acre Military Police, through the 6th Battalion Specialized Policing Company, held on Wednesday (03) the seizure of about 30 Skunk narcotics paper in a drug sales point in the city.

During the action, the police arrived at a place already known as the hot point of trafficking. Upon noticing the movement of the police, one of the suspects fled, abandoning the residence with the door open. Given the situation, the military entered the property and found the narcotics, as well as evidence that the site could be used to receive stolen objects.

The commander of the 6th Battalion, Captain Daniel Teixeira, highlighted the success of the operation and reinforced the commitment of the Military Police in combating crime in the region. “Yesterday we had another successful action, managing to burst a point of sale of drugs in the 25 de Agosto neighborhood. In addition to the narcotic, we find evidence that indicates that the place was also used to receive stolen goods,” explained the officer.

The seized material was sent to the Civil Police Station, where it will be analyzed and used in the investigation to identify the person responsible for the trafficking point and possibly recover stolen objects. The suspect who fled the approach is being sought and can be arrested in the coming days.

Operation Sentinel of Juruá is still in progress and is part of a set of public security actions to combat drug trafficking and other crimes in the region.
