The four young people who, in November 2023, assaulted the condominium vigilante where the president of FC Porto André Villas-Boas lives were sentenced to sentences between four and six years in prison.
One of the defendants was sentenced to four years and six months, another to five years and six months and the remaining six years in effective arrest.
During the reading of the judgment, which took place at the São João Novo Court, in Porto, the president of the Judges Collective explained that the penalties are all effective because assault to the condominium janitor where André Villas-Boas lives “They are not tolerable”.
“The degree of intensity of the violence exerted on the offended person is not tolerable, we cannot tolerate this, so the message has to be firm,” said the magistrate.
According to the prosecution, the four suspects, between 18 and 22 years oldthey agreed together at dawn on November 22, 2023, to appropriate “the maximum” of objects and money that they could and vandalize cars and commercial stores in the city of Porto “even using physical aggressions.”
Thus, in various locations in Porto, especially in the Foz area, the defendants seized goods and money from the interior of two commercial establishments and various cars, and damaged them using a hammer, he points out.
Still during this dawn, the suspects moved to the residence of the now president of FC Porto, André Villas-Boas, who at the time of events was a candidate for the leadership of the ‘dragons’ presidency, and assaulted the condominium caretaker and stole her mobile phone and car they used to practice some of the theftshe explained.

Last February, in court, Villas-Boas said that at dawn on November 22, 2023 he found his porter “All bloody and stunned”after being violently assaulted.
Villas-Boas said that, after finding the assaulted vigilante abroad of the house, he took him inside and provided him with first aid until the ambulance arrived. “I asked what had happened, but he couldn’t say, but he had been beaten,” he added.
