  • 16 g of vanilla sugar,
  • a pinch of salt,
  • 300 g of cake flour,
  • 10 g of baking powder.

Copy ingredients

  • 100 g of white chocolate,
  • A pinch of turmeric,
  • 4-5 tablespoons of milk.

Preparation:

After washing, chop the spinach and blend together with oil and lime skin to a homogeneous mass. Frozen spinach must first be thawed and drained. Put the prepared mass aside.

Still the whole eggs to the bowl, add a pinch of salt, vanilla sugar and beat with a mixer. When whipping, add sugar in batches. Whip the whole for no more than 3 minutes.

Add blended spinach and milk to the mixed egg mass. Mix everything to combine the ingredients. Sift the flour with baking powder and mix to combine the ingredients.

Pour the dough into the mold thoroughly greased and sprinkled with breadcrumbs. Bake a grandmother in an oven preheated to 170 ° C (top-down without hot air) for 45-50 min.

As soon as the dough cools slightly, remove it from the mold and leave it to cool. Prepare the topping at this time. Dissolve chocolate with milk and a pinch of turmeric in a water bath, then pour the cake with a coating.
