Robério Leandro Rodrigues Barreto, 43, the criminal who kidnapped and raped a 13-year-old teenager on Wednesday (2/4), in the surroundings of the Federal District, attracted the victim by simulating the recording of a “video for Tiktok”.
The rapist – who had criminal records for the same offense – pretended to be a digital influencer as he introduced himself to the victim and offered her a cash prize if he “guessed the taste of a drink.”

Eating the liquid, the teenager was doped and unable to react, taken into the criminal’s car. The victim spent at least 10 hours in possession of the abuser, who raped her and assaulted in other ways as she kept her in jail.
The victim’s mother was dozed and did not notice that her daughter had been late to return from school, which was not common, according to the police. Upon waking up and realizing that the teenager had not arrived, she had a bad feeling and contacted acquaintances of the school, who said she saw the student leave the school.
In a Águas Lindas police station, the mother told the incident, and a team of civil police went to her address to try to get images and information. When the investigators were at the scene, a neighbor said he saw the victim into a car.
The young woman was only found around 1am this Thursday (3/4), after receiving information about the license plate of Robério Leandro’s vehicle. The corporation found that the criminal was going through the DF-180 and managed to approach it.

Then the victim got out of the car in tears and reported that he was raped. She detailed that, after accepting participating in the “influencer video,” she passed out and only woke up in an unknown place, lying in a naked and tied bed while the criminal played her intimate parts.
The teenager added that the criminal had her obeyed and begged not to be raped again. The victim was then beaten in other ways, suffered a cut in the lip and had a swollen face.
The abuser even told the young woman that her mother owed her $ 5,000 – what he himself and the young woman’s person later denied – and that he kidnapped her as a “form of payment.”
The federal road police found that the victim was visibly under the influence of some substance and, in the trunk of the vehicle, found a cracker, known as “gato hang”, as well as several beverages and a intimate hygiene shower.
The rapist was arrested in the act and taken to the teenager’s mother and the victim herself reported that they had never seen him. Robério Leandro must answer for the crime of bodily injury and vulnerable rape.
