American Tom Kerolis lost 59 kilograms a year, constantly ate the same dish for lunch. According to him, he helped him lose weight and maintain shape.
What did Tom Kerol eat lunch to lose weight?
Tom follows this regime for more than a year, always ordering the same spicy southwest salad in a restaurant. It is called Chick-Fil.
Kerolis, 32, says he is not tired of eating the same thing every day. The man notes that he just really likes the taste of salad.
The dish has 680 calories. It contains mixed greens salad, tomatoes, fried corn, black beans, chili, red pepper, cheese, fried chicken, as well as tortilla ribbons and cream salsa sauce.
Nutritionist Lisa Jang commented on the American weight loss and noted that there was nothing magical. The point is that the man used another, more calorie food and did not care about nutrition.
“What he ate before was just a disaster. He made changes by choosing a much healthier option than he had eaten before,” the expert said.
Salad contains 33 grams of protein that gives a feeling of satiety.
