Actor, presenter and businessman, Felipe Titto has been showing that his talent goes far beyond the cameras. Titto recalls that titanium was born to manage careers of artists, musicians and athletes – something he began still in parallel to his artistic career. “I started managing independently, and then I took 100% of the operation,” he said. The biggest challenge came with the seasonality of recipes, especially in digital. “There was a month that I sold $ 10 million in campaigns, and the following month, only $ 1 million. I needed to have a very aligned financial sense.”

That’s when he decided to migrate from the CPF to the CNPJ, assuming direct control over longer companies and contracts. The change was crucial to ensure predictability of revenue and scalability. “This key turn was what made the agency take off,” he says.

This closer performance involves weekly advice meetings and a close look at operational bottlenecks. “Every time I go into a company, I evaluate what is deficient and what I can supply with the structure I already have indoors. But who executes is the entrepreneur. I will not become an employee of anyone,” he says.

Acting as an entrepreneur, investor, actor and host, Felipe Titto is defined as someone who lives “infinite” days. The schedule is timed, with fixed meetings for each business and a well -structured follow -up system. “You can’t do anything relevant on your own. I have operational partners in each company and a sharp team that tells me about important events – or emergencies, which go straight to the WhatsApp group, the famous ‘desperation group’,” he says.

Among their business, they are from a hotel chain called Cabana Home to an exclusively ice cream operation in various malls. “We started the year with forecast of 30 stores and we have already migrated to 35, because new good opportunities have emerged,” he says.

For him, to undertake is to build, but it is also knowing how to deal with the unexpected. “It has happened that guests wake up with snake in the room, drop bridge in the hotel. It’s problem all the time, but it’s part of the game,” he says.
