The (Attorney General of the Union) published on Friday (4) a rule on the performance of spouse of President of the Republic in national and international commitments. According to the guidance, the first lady Rosângela da Silva, A, will have to be accountable, but there will be no office to perform these functions.

For any symbolic representation activities, the AGU recommends to the Presidency of the Republic to observe an internal administrative flow to formalize these incumbers, and give legitimacy and resources to action.
The Minister of Institutional Relations, () defended, on March 21, the creation of a “honorary position” for Janja, so that she could continue her participation in a recognized way and facilitate the rendering of accounts.
