According to an investigation released this Friday by SIC Notícias, Ana Caldeira will have tried to deceive a former partner using the counterfeit signature of a deceased woman ten years ago.

The agreement was formalized through official documents, including a debt confession agreement and an authentication term registered with the Bar Association, signed on behalf of Maria Amelia Martins, the alleged client. But Maria Amélia Martins died in March 2015.
The party leader, who also exercises law, returned the amount borrowed but never paid the agreed interest.
