Los Angeles wants to pay billions of dollars in victims of abuse

Washington/Los Angeles – In a mammoth comparison, the district of Los Angeles agreed to pay four billion dollars of victims of sexual abuse in youth institutions and children’s homes. It was almost 7,000 cases, reported the Los Angeles Times. The newspaper spoke of an unprecedented agreement.
