Spain lived during the summer and autumn last year a cycle of demonstrations for the housing crisis. Also linked to the negative effects of tourism on prices and accessibility, there were protests in which tens of thousands of attendees in the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Madrid, Barcelona, Malaga or Valencia added. This Saturday, in a unitary call for tenant unions and with the support of entities and associations, the residents of 40 cities are called again to demonstrate the same day. There are calls at noon (Madrid, Málaga, Seville or Balearic Islands) and others in the afternoon (Barcelona, Valencia or Zaragoza). This time, the motto is “We end the housing business.” The call is also added medium cities of Galicia (Santiago, Vigo, Coruña), Gijón, Salamanca, Murcia or Burgos, to name a few.
