Tariff announced by Trump on Wednesday (2.abr) imposed 17% rate on Israeli products
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu wants to meet US President Donald Trump (Republican) on Monday (7.br.2025) to deal with the US government to the Middle East country.
The meeting should take place at the White House. If the meeting is confirmed, Israeli Prime Minister will be the first leader to meet Trump personally to discuss reciprocal tariffs. The information is from the news agency.
In the wake of the reciprocal tariffs announced by Trump on Wednesday (2.abr), Israel was penalized with a rate of 17%. In an attempt to circumvent the White House trade policy, the Israeli government.

Reciprocal rates

According to the decree, the charging of the rates will be made in 2 steps:
- April 5, 1h (Brasília time) – Fixed 10% rate for all countries;
- April 9, 1h (Brasília time) – Additional fees to countries that charge over 20% of the US. China, for example, will be taxed at 10% from the 5th and 24% more on the 9th.
