Chocolate cake with honey is a unique baking that will delight every household member and all guests. Thanks to this ingredient, it acquires sweets and wet texture. The velvet taste and moist, melting consistency of this cake form an ideal dessert. The whole is crowned with a delicate chocolate-cream topping. It should be emphasized that grandmother is one of the simplest desserts to make, not only for Easter. In this chocolate edition it fits perfectly with the afternoon cup of coffee.

Ingredients:

• 250 g of wheat flour,
• 200 ml of milk,
• 150 g cukru,
• 150 ml of oil,
• 100 g of liquid honey,
• 100 g of cocoa powder,
• 4 eggs,
• a teaspoon of vanilla extract,
• a teaspoon of baking powder,
• a teaspoon of baking soda,
• A pinch of salt.

Frosting:

• 50 ml of cream 36%,
• 100 g of milk chocolate,

Additionally:

• cookies for decoration.

Method of performance:

Prepare your grandmother. Beat eggs, sugar, honey, oil, vanilla, baking powder, soda and salt in a bowl. The mass should be creamy. Add cocoa and after half of flour and milk. Whip to combine, then add the rest of the ingredients and mix again. Do not mix too long so as not to pierce the dough.

Fry for grandmother with a chimney with a diameter of 22 cm well with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Pour the mass into the mold And put in the oven set to 180 degrees Celsius. Bake for 45 minutes or to a dry stick.

Remove the chocolate cake and leave to cool completely.

Prepare icing. Melt the chocolate in a water bath or microwave and leave to cool slightly. Beat the cream until the foam at high speed, and then slowly pour in dissolved chocolate. Mix to completely combine the ingredients. Pour the prepared icing on top of the grandmother. Decorate the whole with crushed cookies.

Serve the baking cold. Store the remains in a tight container and use within 3 days.
