The Magalu complaints reported in reaction to the launch of its marketplace platform, last Wednesday (2).

The service, purchasing and selling electronic products, is mainly directed to micro and small entrepreneurs.

He would have told him to state -owned representatives who now see it as a competitor, and no longer a partner in product distribution. Veiledly, he would have threatened to break agreements with the company and find other forms of shipment.

Other companies operating in the Marketplace segment would not have expressed this position, according to information obtained by the panel.

The state -owned company tells the column that it wants to continue having Magalu as a partner, and that its focus is on democratizing access to service to distant centers companies, today without access to the service.

In a note, Magalu says the information “is totally untruthful”. “The company continues with its contracts with the Post Office, which is a strategic partner of the company. Magalu positively sees the entry of Brazilian companies in the e-commerce sector, which has enormous growth potential in Brazil.”
