It rarely happens that something remains after frying the pancakes. It is such a magic dish that disappears so quickly that it is sometimes difficult to prosecute frying more. However, if you make them too much of them or if the family is extremely bad and do not eat them all, keep them for the next day. Certainly not on top. How do you store pancakes to avoid drying out?

I think I don’t know the only person who doesn’t like pancakes. Someone may not like sweet, dry or just a certain filling, but with such a strong statement as “I don’t like pancakes, none” I have probably not met yet. For this reason, they usually disappear from the plate before their person who fry them can prepare them all (unless the person who fry them, and the person who consumes them, the same). Therefore, most people are unlikely to deal with the storage of fried pancakes.

How do you store pancakes? The best one is one place

Pancakes feel best in the refrigerator. There will be an optimal temperature of about 4 degrees Celsius. However, it is not enough to place them on a plate and cover them with foil or other plates. The best solution would be to put them in a tightly closed container. This not only prevents them from drying out, but also prevents the smells of other foods from passing.

However, before putting the pancakes in a container, do not forget one thing. They should be completely cooled. Their closure until they are still warm, causing moisture to accumulate, which in turn adversely affects their structure. Excessive moisture also accelerates food spoiling. You can store pancakes in a closed container for two to three days.

Can pancakes freeze?

Be sure. As with storage in the refrigerator, they should be allowed to cool completely. Then separate each pancake from the second piece of baking paper (not to stick) and place them in a zipper pocket. When freezing, it is good to write a date on your pocket.

You can store pancakes for about two months. It is best to thaw the pancakes in the refrigerator. However, do not forget to remove them from the freezer early enough. Then you can heat them in a standard pan or microwave.
