Lula government is still rejected by evangelicals, southerners and richer, says Datafolha

Although the popularity of the government of President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva (PT) has stopped falling, the management has not yet recovered from the historic fall reached in the third term of the petista and recorded in February by Datafolha, when approval fell from 35% to 24%.

In the general scenario of the new survey released on Friday, 4, 38% consider the government as bad or bad, compared to 29% that evaluate management as great or good.

Among the interviewee segments, only Northeast voters maintain the positive assessment of the higher government than the negative, with 38% approval, compared to 26% of disapproval.

Even so, there has not yet been a recovery in the drop in government approval by the northeastern, registered between December 2024 to February this year, 16 percentage points. Between the two surveys, the number of those satisfied in the historic petista stronghold oscillated five points upwards, considering the margin of error by regions, which is between two and six percentage points.
