North Korean leader Kim Jong-un tested a new precision rifle during a visit to inspect special forces soldiers, state press said on Saturday 5.
The units he visited are among the thousands of military personnel Pyongyang sent to Russia to support the war against Ukraine, according to South Korea’s spy agency.
Visiting a special operations unit on Friday, Kim said that “intensive training strengthened the current capacity to ensure victory on the battlefield,” according to state news agency KCNA.
He added that the training of soldiers is “the most vivid expression of patriotism and loyalty to the country.”
Images released by the agency show Kim looking through the aim of a precision rifle that will be “provided to special operations units.”
The North Korean leader supervised “the firing practices of automatic rifles and precision rifles” and later used this last weapon.

Kim expressed “great satisfaction with the performance and power of the precision rifle” developed “the North Korean form”, the KCNA said.
They spend up to 10 years at sea, working hard on some of the most severe conditions that fishing teams in distant waters may face. Many never step on land because their Chinese captains do not want them to be seen by port authorities.
Almost all of his salary goes straight to his government, and part of what they fish probably ends up dining tables in Europe and Asia.
