Today we will describe how to prepare an oatmeal with an egg in a microwave. Anyone who is a fan of oatmeal in the morning can cheer, because this appetizer not only tastes great, but perfectly feeds the stomach with fiber, protein and fruit. In the morning you will overflow with energy.

Oats, milk and eggs
Oats is an easy solution to include whole grain cereals in your diet. But someone feels hunger quite shortly after what he sent a bowl of sheep flakes and milk. By adding eggs, the situation changes significantly and the feelings will last much longer. You can add whole eggs, or separate only white.
Peanut
In order to climb the oatmeal on the nutritional scale a few rungs higher, adding a little peanut butter to arrange it. The peanut butter gives the body healthy fats and saturation. If you are not in correlation with cow’s milk, there is no problem to replace it with almond or soy, but be aware that neither of them contains as much protein as milk from cows.
Fruit
You can then throw the sliced fruit. For example, apples, pears, peaches are also great, and what about fresh strawberries! And a great choice especially for children will certainly be chocolate chocolates.
How to prepare
And now we will start the preparation and weight of ingredients. You will not need a kitchen weight, we will go in a simplified mug. Pour 1/3 of a cup of oatmeal into the bowl. Add half a cup of milk, whether cow or plant. Add an egg or just a white. To do this, pour the chopped fruit and go with it into the microwave. Set the device for 45 seconds.
Then remove the bowl, mix the porridge well and return to the microwave for another 30 seconds, a maximum of 1 minute. Then mix a little peanut butter.
