Method of performance:

Now add the onion to the pan and fry it on medium heat until it gets golden brown. Add flour, stir, then pour in the broth. Boil, then cook covered for about 10 minutes. Then increase the fire again, pour in sugar and pour the balsamic vinegar. Fry for about 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Transfer to other vegetables.

Rinse beef under running cold water and dry. Cut into slices. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and rosemary on each side. Sprinkle with oil on each side, then coat in flour. Heat the pan firmly. Fry beef from each side until browned (a few minutes is enough). Transfer to an ovenproof dish with previously prepared caramelized onions and vegetables. If fat is left, also pour it.

Put the beef in caramelized onion into the oven preheated to 160 degrees Celsius and bake for about 50 minutes under cover. Remove the lid and leave for 5 minutes, increasing the temperature to 180 degrees Celsius.
