“Prices will increase to US consumers and if Europe increases tariffs will also increase to European drivers. No one wins,” says expert Alfredo Lavrador on the radio.

And they are “those who sell the most” imported from Europe – Audi, BMW, Mercedes e Porsche – The most affected.

All of these “have factories in the US”, but “those who interest them are the most luxurious, exported directly from Europe to the US, and these will see prices increase by 25%,” says the expert.

“It is possible that some of these models will be produced in the US, not many, because it implies increasing factories and producing new mounting lines. This will force local customers with a more stuffed wallet to open the cords and buy the car that so far bought cheaper,” he explains.
