- 100 g of fine sugar,
- 100 g of butter,
- 100 g of dark chocolate,
- 90 g of cake flour,
- 1 ½ teaspoon of baking powder,
- 500 g serka mascarpone,
- 250 ml of cream (30%),
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract,
- 100 g of powdered sugar,
- 100 g of milk chocolate,
- 3 bananas,
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice.
Crush dark chocolate And melt it in a saucepan with butter. Mix Set aside to cool.
Gover the eggs to room temperature. Combine them with sugar and grate with a mixer to a light fluffy mass. At the end of mixing, pour the cooled chocolate into it with a thin stream. Sift flour and baking powder to the mass. Gently mix the ingredients with a spatula – Only to connect them.
Put the bottom of the cake tin with a diameter of 23 cm with baking paper. Pour the dough into the mold and level its surface.
Put the cake tin into the oven preheated to 160 ° C. Bake for 40-50 minutes (to a dry stick). Take the sponge cake out of the oven. Wait a quarter of an hour and turn it over in the form (before cut it with a knife from its shore) upside down. So leave to cool completely.
Cool mascarpone cheese and cream cream. Grate the chocolate on a grater with fine meshes.
Combine in a mascarpone bowl with half of the powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Beat the cheese with a mixer for a few minutes. In a separate dish, beat the cream cream, moreover, sugar. Gently combine whipped cream with mascarpone. Stir into the obtained half of the milk chocolate grated on a grater.
Cross -section cooled sponge cake for 2 tops. Place one at the bottom of the cake tin, in which the dough is baked. Spread the bananas cut along it and sprinkle them with lemon juice. Put the mass from cream and mascarpone on the bananas. Cover with a second top. Press slightly. Sprinkle the rest of the chocolate. Put a few hours in the fridge.
