Wagner: “Josef Fritzl belongs in a dementia center”

Krems/Krems/Stein/Vienna – Josef Fritzl, who was convicted of life in prison, turns 90 next Wednesday. Physically, her client is “good together”, but his progressive dementia is becoming more and more noticeable, described his legal representative Astrid Wagner of the APA. She therefore wants to get the relocation of her client, which is currently in the so-called normal delay in the Krems-Stein prison.
