Do you like classic roast with egg, often prepared for Easter? In that case, try this version – with the addition of Parmesan cheese. She is delicious.
Prepare the following ingredients:
- 1 kg of my rhythm,
- 100 g of breadcrumbs,
- 50 g of grated Parmesan cheese,
- 2 eggs,
- 2 tablespoons of ketchup,
- 2 teaspoons of granulated garlic,
- 2 teaspoons of smoked peppers,
- 2 teaspoons of granulated onion,
- 1 teaspoon of salt,
- ½ teaspoon of black pepper.
Additionally:
Cook four eggs that are hard, strain them, cool and peel. Put aside.
In a medium bowl, mix the egg with salt, pepper, garlic, granulated onion and smoked peppers. Add pork, breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese. Mix the whole gently to obtain a homogeneous mass.
Divide the mixture into two halves. Put one half in a 35×12 cm baking tray greased with butter. Put the bottom and edges to half the height of the vessel.
On top of the meat mixture, put the cooked hard -boiled eggs, evenly in the row. Cover them with the remaining meat and press the upper layer to glue it with the lower one.
Brush the roast with the egg on top and put the dish in the oven preheated to 175 degrees Celsius for 50-60 minutes.
Take out the roast and set it aside for at least 15 minutes before cutting. Serve with the addition of your favorite sauces – garlic or horseradish. The dish tastes great hot and cold.
Store the remains in the fridge, in a tight container for 3-4 days. If necessary, heat in a microwave, under cover.
