Carefully prepared, the experience is scheduled for the weekend from 25 to 27 April, in the village of the ten, one of the 27 locations that make up the Aldeias do Schist network. “The authentic is to the test with Michelin Star” conjugates author flavors with the welcoming musicality of Mario Laginha on Xjazz – Jazz meetings in the villages of the schist, promising memorable moments.
“The authentic is the test with star Michelin” promises to be unforgettable. During this exclusive weekend, participants stay at the Rural Quinta da Geia Hotel, enjoying an experience that includes breakfast, lunch and carefully thought out to provide enriching moments.
Among the highlights of the initiative is a private dinner with a complete gastronomic interpretation menu of local products, prepared by star chef Michelin Diogo Rocha, responsible for the Lemos Mesa de Lemos restaurant.
The program also includes a guided tour of the Miradouro village, meals in restaurants to Malga and João Brandão, and an intimate concert with Mario Laginha, integrated in the Xjazz Cycle – Jazz Encounters in the villages of Schist, which will take place in the Mother Church of the Ten’s Village.
“Celebrating the authenticity of an inheritance of traditional flavors with the creative and award -winning mastery of chef Diogo Rocha is something that only lives once,” begins by explaining Rui Simão, executive director of Adxtur.
“Eating this experiment with other innovation such as tours, concerts and carefully prepared meals makes this program something unique and unrepeatable,” he continues.
