Nuuk – Greenland’s new government is officially in office. The parliament in the capital Nuuk voted at its constituent session with expected majority for the new head of government Jens-Frederik Nielsen and the nine ministers of his four-party coalition. The liberal Nielsen follows the previous left-wing head of government Múte B. Eggede, who is now responsible for the finance and tax department in the new coalition.
