Millionaire blow: Police arrest Acre gang that sported and deceived farmers from various states

The Civil Police of the State of Acre conducted Operation Lord Agro, through the Capital and Interior Police Department, and presented the results of the action, which was held at dawn on Monday (7). The targets of the investigation were criminal groups that had the specialty the estelionate qualified by electronic fraud.

The delegate responsible for the operation in the state of Acre, Roberth Alencar, explains that the group made false sales of agribusiness products, such as land and cattle, but did not deliver the promised material. “Lord Agro” was the name of the group how they called themselves. They worked in the capture of victims who worked in the agribusiness business. Fraudulently negotiated the purchase and sale of cattle, materials, agricultural inputs and everything that involves this universe, “he explained.

The delegate also explains that properties were seized and that investigations are still looking to locate assets and money that were deposited on behalf of other people. “In addition to real estate, we also seized a certain amount of money, jewelry and a vehicle, a motorcycle. Most assets were not recorded on behalf of the investigated, as common in the crime world – they try to hide the property. This work will still be done to check the amounts that were deposited,” he said.

The delegate also stressed the modus operandi of the gang members, which burned telephone devices and discarded them through toilets.

Finally, the delegate Alencar pointed out that the group thought it would go unpunished, since, amid the messages shared in the gang’s communication groups, the following excerpt was found: “With me more than nine bo (…) I was summoned more than 10 times, so I never gave anything up, understand?” Say excerpt from the conversations.

Alencar also pointed out that individual bank movements exceeded the hundreds of thousands of reais, and that the group would have already injured victims in an amount that surpasses the home of millions.
